Pigweed or Summer Purslane
This little weed grows around here. The Mexicans call it Verda Lagas. A co-worker brought some of this in from the yard here at the shop a told me to give it a try. It is very good eating!

I think I am going to dig up a messload of this weed and grow some at the house.
